Sipping on some peppermint tea this morning which gets me in the best mood to write.
You see these days you have everyone telling you all the things you should be doing.
Do this, and that, and add this.
Where my philosophy has always been doing less things wrong, before adding more things.
Removing is much easier than adding new stuff if you think about it.
The first thing I have none of my clients do is cardio.
There’s no need to do cardio to get six pack lean.
Zero.
All these transformations you see on my website are cardiofree six pack abs.
I do believe cardio has it’s place, but it’s not a requirement to get six pack lean.
In fact, I’d even go so far and say it will slow down your results long-term.
That’s a whole other topic though.
Next is they never have to give up their carbs.
Even clients with Type2 diabetes, prediabetes or those who seem “addicted” to carbs don’t have to give them up.
Once my clients understand that carbs are all about timing, they get off the carb addiction and restriction hamsterwheel.
Last thing is they don’t have to starve themselves.
Too many guys associate a six pack with starvation.
If I want abs like this, I have to eat like a bird.
While it’s normal to feel a bit hungry at the very end of a cut, starving is not on the menu for my clients.
Because it’s not a long-term strategy to stay six pack lean, let alone to stay focused at work.
Most clients actually feel they are eating too much food when joining the Kinetic Method.
Which is counterintuitive, yet the results speak for themselves.
PS:
This is my James and his girlfriend Natalia.
James got six pack lean without doing any of that and has maintained his results for a while now.
