Take a look at this photo.
These are the 5 classic shapes most men have today.
Which body shape are you?
You see, each shape tells something about you.
It also influences how you’re perceived and how attractive you are.
The least attractive shape is the Triangle shape, followed by the Oval shape.
Those shapes communicate you may be sick, inflamed, bloated or not very healthy.
The primal instinct in a woman when she sees you, and you don’t have a skinny torso at the waist …
Is that her subconscious mind takes that this person is unwell and not a good person to pick as a mate.
It’s a built in survival and reproductive mechanism.
It’s part of why many men notice a loss in attraction from their spouse.
The most attractive shape is the Inverted Triangle, also called “V-Shape”.
The “V” body shape means having broader shoulders that taper down to a slimmer waist.
This is so relevant and impactful to the degree where scientists have drawn correlations between a man’s shoulders-to-waist ratio and his sexual attraction.
Some experts even go so far and say it can determine the number of orgasms a woman experiences!
A study from the Archives of Sexual Behavior reveals that women are most attracted to muscular men whose shoulders measure 1.6 times the size of their waists.
This is going to be absolutely crucial.
You want to do everything in your power to maximize this effect.
Scientists also call this the golden ratio for your body.
It’s said that the ratio of 1:1.6 is the most pleasing ratio to the eye, which is the Inverted Triangle Shape.
You can find this ratio hidden in works of art and occurring naturally throughout the world.
It can be found in some of the most beautiful things …
Seashells, the Mona Lisa, the Giza pyramids, and even galaxies, just to name a few.
It also occurs naturally in our bodies.
A very good example of this can be seen in our faces.
The most attractive faces have the golden ratio all over them.
This has been studied so extensively that it’s put into use by modern plastic surgeons when evaluating clients.
Brad Pitt in Fight Club has it.
Gerard Butler in 300 has it.
Chrism Hemsworth in Thor has it.
Hugh Jackman as Wolverine has it.
Almost any actor and any male figure you know that women are attracted to has it.
Once you see it, it can’t be unseen.
The bottom line is …
The closer you get your waist/shoulder ratio to 1/1.61, the more aesthetically pleasing your body will be.
Unfortunately, this is very hard.
Because most fitness programs will either only focus on losing weight or gaining muscle mass.
I know that because I’ve bought most programs and they focus mainly on doing chest and biceps exercises.
You may end up looking lean and bulky and have possibly a Rectangle or Trapezoid Shape.
These are not bad.
They are better than the Triangle or Oval Shape.
But they are still a level below the Inverted Triangle Shape.
It’s why some men are lean and muscular, but their body somehow doesn’t look as attractive as others.
Who may have actually less muscle mass, but a better overall body shape.
When I designed the Kinetic Method, I took the 1.61 ratio into account when creating the workouts and selecting exercises.
It’s why there’s a slightly higher focus on certain key exercises to make your shoulders broader while trimming down your waistline.
We prioritize back and shoulders over chest and biceps which is what the mainstream programs use.
We focus on getting you an Inverted Triangle Shape.
This gives men using the Kinetic Method a much more aesthetic and sexually desired physique.
