A piece of advice I got early on, was to become a specialist.
If you’re a specialist, you get paid more, it’s harder to replace you with technology and automation and your boss will appreciate you more.
For the longest time I believed that to be true, until I realized this only gets you so far.
Because many specialists miss the big picture as they are so tunnel visioned in their area of expertise.
Today I’m seeing this with many of the clients that come to us, who have run out of options.
They have worked with various specialists before, and sometimes with 2-3 different ones at the same time.
But there was never a big picture view with a holistic approach to solve the puzzle.
The personal trainer just sees the workouts and maybe some basic diet advice.
The nutritionist is laser focused on diet and meal plans.
The functional doc wants you to get dozens of tests done and get you a kitchen sink full of supplements.
The chiro wants you to back off your workouts and do more mobility work.
The MD wants you to cut out red meat and take medicine.
But they all miss how their area of expertise fits into the big picture of a clients lifestyle.
Which gets you get conflicting advice that pulls you in different directions.
This is where the Kinetic Method shines.
Clients who have spent a lot of money on different experts, are often the ones that see the biggest value in our holistic approach.
Just a few years ago it was a one man show.
I was doing everything.
The issue with that, is that your never get the best out of your coach.
Because he’s always focused on 5-10 different things.
From marketing, to sales, taxes, coaching, building out systems.
Today it’s different.
I’ve put together an A-Team of high performers who get the best out of our clients.
From functional medicine, to chiropractic doctor, workout specialist, PA.
Specialists who have a generalist overview of how the process fits into your vision and lifestyle.
Who all communicate together.
Because one change with your diet, will impact workouts and sleep and other systems.
So every change is looked at in detail on how it fits on a micro and macro level perspective before it’s made.
Haven’t seen that anywhere else.
You either have a one man show or you have a big company who has outsourced blood work and other parts of the program.
But nobody has put it together like this in house.
This is just the beginning.
It’s the warm up for what I’ve planned for the rest of 2024 and 2025.
