Getting six pack lean doesn’t require perfect circumstances outside of you.
In fact, nobody you look up to who you respect and admire had that when they first got started.
They had to overcome all the external roadblocks in their lives.
And the only way you overcome all the externals, is by fully accessing all the resources you have inside of you.
That internal resource is something called commitment.
It’s like a muscle, the more you use it the stronger it gets.
You should be asking yourself daily, how can I become even more committed to my goals.
Commitment doesn’t require anything external.
You can be a 100% committed to anything you want right now, regardless of your external circumstances.
How ready you are right now is irrelevant.
That’s why they always say you got to start before you’re ready.
Not after that weekend fishing trip.
Not after your Mexico vacation.
Not after your next live event.
Not after you moved places.
Anyone who lets their external world dictate their internal world is never going to be ready.
Instead, what is going to be key for you to get six pack lean is your commitment, your internal purpose and your reasons.
Those have to be bigger than all the external reasons that stop all those uncommitted people out there who live those lives.
I’ll leave you with one last thought.
If you wait until the right time or until it’s more convenient – what are you communicating subconsciously?
You’re priming your mind that you can only commit if the circumstances are perfect.
Lets say that moment arrives and you get into a routine and see initial results.
What happens when the circumstances become imperfect again?
You get off track which is what you’ve done every single time before this.
But .. do you want to stay in shape for the rest of your life?
If you said yes, then you should start when you’re busy, so that when you’re not busy – you’ll be fine.
But when it gets busy again, you’ll also be fine because you’ve shown up during times you were busy!
