Just finished going through our Q2 2024 performance report
This quarter my team achieved a record of 90.91% retention rate with our clients.
We’ve made 2 changes this quarter that have had a significant impact on client success, implementation and thus a higher retention rate.
Our goal is not to be the biggest fitness company in the world.
Because big doesn’t equal better.
I see many fitness coaches posting how much their revenue has grown over the years.
But we never see them post how many of their clients are successful and stay with them in the long run.
We roll differently at Six Pack CEO.
We prioritize quality over quantity.
Our #1 focus is client success and what better way to measure that, then to see how many clients decide to continue doing business with us.
We now have guys who have been with us for 3+ years and a handful who who have been with us for 4 years.
We have many who have been with us for 2 years.
They don’t need us anymore.
They have the skills, the knowledge and the mindset to keep doing this on their own.
Yet they love the community and culture we created, the regular blood work optimization and the done for you workouts and diet strategies.
So rather than putting it all together themselves, they enjoy having it all laid out for them.
They represent what Six Pack CEO is all about.
Showing that you don’t have to pick between body or business but can be successful in both.
