100 calories of Brazil nuts vs 100 calories of almonds

Which one do you pick?

Most health coaches will tell you it doesn’t matter as long as it fits into your caloric budget.

They are completely right if the main target is fat loss.

Yet if you want to feel better, have more strength, more energy, more sex drive …

Then you want to look at what’s not written on the food label.

This is where food density comes into play.

Let’s go back to these two nuts.

If I had to pick one, I’d go for the Brazil Nuts.

Why?

They have a very high amount of a mineral called selenium.

Selenium is proven to boost testosterone levels naturally.

It also helps with the conversion of T4 to T3 Thyroid hormones, with T3 regulating your metabolism (BMR).

So yes, you can get 100 calories from both nuts, but the Brazil nuts in this case are far superior for Thyroid function and testosterone.

That’s just one example of food density.

There are many other foods that give you different benefits if you want more than just dropping the number on the scale.

It’s why we start everyone in the Kinetic Method with an advanced blood work protocol.

We catch nutrient deficiencies and suboptimal hormones levels early on, and fine tune their diet and supplements to reverse those.

This way they get far superior results than any program they have ever tried.

Because it goes beyond just macros, calories and what everyone else is doing.

It’s all outlined so they don’t have to think about it and save their mental energy for what they do best, which is running their business and leading their team.
